Woodnut Construction & Developments Ltd is a construction company with over 25 years of experience. We offer contractor services to a diverse clientele in and around London from our headquarters in Deptford, South East London. Our current and previous clients include NHS Trusts, the National Housing Authority, local governments, and London Housing Associations. Residential maintenance, remodelling, and renovation contracts are our areas of expertise.

Woodnut Construction is capable of working on a range of construction projects, from refurbishing a single residence to constructing apartment buildings and housing complexes. We know from our expertise as a building contractor for London housing associations and local authorities that the process is just as vital as the end product. We place a high importance on community involvement and take great pride in supporting local charities.

As we interact with several public sector organisations, we have already received pre-approval from a number of industry associations to have our health and safety procedures and safe working practises checked. We are now recognised by CHAS, ConstructionLine, and Exor as an authorised safe contractor.
