We are happy to meet with residents at the beginning of each project or before we undertake general maintenance, in order to understand their views and take their wishes into account. We also work with our housing association partners to gather feedback from their residents once work is completed.

We provide programmes of planned maintenance and cyclical repairs specifically tailored to the needs of housing association clients. Response maintenance

We offer peace of mind by being on call 24/7 to deal with your emergency property situations and provide a full emergency property maintenance services.  We have a no-nonsense approach to getting problems fixed so that residents can get on with their lives without the stress and inconvenience of property problems. This service covers a variety of potential problems including plumbing issues, burst pipes, damaged fittings and water and gas problems. We are reactive and will be on site to deal with issues as soon as is practically possible.

Void property refurbishment

At Woodnut Construction we understand that there is a financial impact for clients who have empty homes in their portfolios. We are able to react quickly when a property becomes empty and will move in immediately to carry out the necessary refurbishment to ensure that empty properties do not remain that way. We have a set of clearly defined procedures when dealing with void properties which ensure that we keep turnaround times to a minimum. We provide a full service to ensure that all aspects of refurbishment are carried out quickly including:
