Alston Court – External Refurbishment

This project was to restore the external fabric of the building, the works included a lot of repairs and redecorations of timber areas, this was successfully carried out using timber care resin products and finished with Dulux high quality trade paints. The render to the building was a through colour render, this was very discoloured and we carried out a high temperature low pressure clean.

The client was very pleased with the finish and speed of works.
