Social Housing Sector Works. (External Repairs November 2022)

We were fortunate to be part of the external repairs to several Victorian properties in the west London area.

The dilapidated walls and buttresses, debonding render and iron spear top railings to basement properties were showing signs of aging and in need desperate repair.

This consisted of carefully hand removing old stock brick walls and rebuilding them to match the existing construction. Plinth bases to be re-casted in situ to facilitate the original railings and grinding back, preparing and decoration to be in line with the local conservation area.

The project went very well within budget and on time despite the breaks in the works due to inclement weather.

The client was happy with the outcome.
